Verified Amazon Purchase (What is this?) For a purchase of what Thinkpad T400 or so I thought. Instead I received a shipping confirmation for the SL series notebooks, which is more convenient. I called thinking it was a mistake and it was stressed that there is a mistake. When I asked if I could buy a model (I nor the confirmation e-mail from Amazon) I was told I could not. They told me that they would intercept the shipment and will be refunded. This is more than a month, and I'm still waiting for my refund. This is not the worst experience with Amazon. N. laptop and no money. This sucks!

They told me that they would intercept the shipment and will be refunded. Amazingly, it lasted for 3 weeks and receive multiple calls on both Amazon and agent until final repayment. Will never buy anything from TigerDirect again.
